Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy

What matters most at SSF Designs? Happy customers. Still, because the work involves digital
files and personalized service, getting money back depends on specific rules. Each case
follows clear terms shaped by how the product was made.

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before work has officially started.

    Once:

    Design work has begun,
    Development has started,
With files and resources now assigned, the setup is complete
Or digital products have been delivered,
Cancellation of the order is not possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

Should circumstances allow, refunds could happen under these conditions:
We fail to deliver the agreed service
    Duplicate payment is made
Technical issues prevent product delivery from our side
Three days after buying marks the final moment to ask for money back.

3. Non-Refundable Services

    The following are non-refundable:
    Custom design work
    Website development projects
    SEO services
    Social media services
    Digital downloads
    Template packs
    Domain & hosting charges
    Third-party software/tool subscriptions

4. Partial Refunds

When work has begun, a refund might cover just part of what was paid – this hinges on how far along things are

   > Work completed
   > Resources used
   > Time invested

5. Refund Processing

Most approved refunds move back via the initial payment route, usually taking between five and ten working days. When relevant, deductions can come off for              gateway or handling costs.

6. Chargebacks

Before starting a chargeback or payment challenge, get in touch with our team directly. Filing false claims could lead to losing access to services along with                  possible legal steps.
