At SSF Designs, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of digital services, customized work, and downloadable products, refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms outlined below.

By purchasing our services or products, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

  Orders may be cancelled only before work on the project has officially commenced.
  Once any of the following has occurred, cancellation requests will not be accepted:
    • Design work has started
    • Website or development work has begun
    • Resources, licenses, or project files have been allocated
    • Digital products or deliverables have been shared
    • Third-party services or subscriptions have been purchased on the client’s behalf
  SSF Designs reserves the right to determine the commencement stage of the project.

2. Refund Eligibility

  Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
    • Failure on our part to deliver the agreed service
    • Duplicate payment made by the customer
    • Technical issues originating from our side that prevent delivery of the purchased product or service
  All refund requests must be submitted within 3 (three) days from the date of purchase.
  After this period, no refund requests shall be entertained.

3. Non-Refundable Services

 The following products and services are strictly non-refundable:
    • Custom graphic design work
    • Website design and development projects
    • SEO services
    • Social media marketing and management services
    • Digital downloads
    • Template packs
    • Domain registration charges
    • Hosting charges
    • Third-party software, plugins, tools, or subscription fees
    • Consultancy or strategy sessions
  Due to the customized and digital nature of these services, refunds cannot be provided once work has commenced or delivery has been made.

4. Partial Refunds

  In certain situations where a project has already started but remains incomplete, SSF Designs may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund.
  The refund amount will depend on factors including but not limited to:
    • Percentage of work completed
    • Time invested in the project
    • Resources utilized
    • Third-party expenses incurred
    • Project milestones already delivered
  Any decision regarding partial refunds shall be final and binding.

5. Refund Processing

  Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

  Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  Payment gateway charges, processing fees, taxes, or administrative charges may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.

6. Chargebacks

  Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, customers are requested to contact our support team to resolve the issue amicably.
  Initiating false or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
    • Suspension or termination of services
    • Permanent restriction from future purchases
    • Legal action where necessary
