2. Acceptance of Terms

  By accessing our website or making a purchase, you confirm that:

4. Payments

  Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all payments must be made in advance before project initiation or final delivery.

    • Bank Transfer
    • Payment Gateway Services
    • Instamojo and other authorized payment processors
  SSF Designs shall not be held responsible for failed transactions, delays, or payment issues caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party financial service          providers.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  All designs, graphics, source files, website assets, branding materials, concepts, and digital content created by SSF Designs shall remain our intellectual property        until full payment has been received.

  Upon full payment, ownership of finalized deliverables may be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  Clients may not:
    • Copy
    • Resell
    • Redistribute
    • Modify
    • Reproduce
  any of our products, templates, or proprietary materials without written permission.

6. User Responsibilities

  By using our services, you agree that you will not:
    • Use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
    • Copy or resell our digital products without permission
    • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, files, or accounts
    • Use our content in a manner that harms the reputation or operations of SSF Designs
    • Engage in abusive, threatening, or unethical conduct toward our team

 7. Revisions & Work Limitations

  Revision limits may vary depending on the package or agreement selected by the client.
  Any additional revisions, change requests, or scope modifications beyond the agreed limit may result in extra charges and revised delivery timelines.

8. Third-Party Services

  Our services may involve third-party platforms or providers including but not limited to:
    • Hosting Providers
    • Domain Registrars
    • Payment Gateways
    • Social Media Platforms
    • Marketing & Analytics Tools
    • Software & Plugin Providers
  SSF Designs shall not be liable for any issues, downtime, account suspensions, policy changes, pricing changes, or technical failures caused by third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

  SSF Designs shall not be held liable for:
    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • Loss of business, profits, revenue, or data
    • Delays caused by client non-responsiveness
    • Third-party hosting/server failures
    • Technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control
    • Security breaches caused by third-party systems or client negligence
  Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

10. Termination of Services

  SSF Designs reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:
    • These Terms & Conditions are violated
    • Fraudulent activity is suspected
    • Payments are excessively delayed
    • Abusive, unethical, or threatening behavior occurs
    • The client engages in activities harmful to our business or reputation
  No refund shall be provided in such cases unless otherwise decided by SSF Designs.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
  Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
